| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育主要是靠高校思想政治工作者去进行的。高校思想政治工作者自身素质的高低,修养的好坏,对于能否掌握科学的思想政治教育方法,搞好新时期的思想政治教育起着决定性的作用。因此,对高校思想政治工作者的自身素质和修养的提高及其途径的研究,是思想政治教育艺术的基本问题之一。
