| 摘 要： | 上饶职业技术学院园艺专业开展了课堂教学与基地实训相结合,基地实训与园艺行业真实的职业环境相一致的＂工作导向式＂教学方式,探索课堂与实习地点的一体化,使学生在园艺植物的真实生长环境中发现并解决问题,在实训基地进行现场授课,在实训过程中培养学生的岗位技能,使学生的动手操作能力、职业适应能力等综合素质得到全面发展。

| Abstract: | Horticulture major in Shangrao Vocational and Technical College opens a teaching method combing class teaching with basis practice,and the basis practice is as real as the true occupation environment.We also explore the integration of class teaching and practice basis,so as to help students find and solve problems in real environment,and this measure can comprehensively develop students＇ practice ability and their occupation adaptability. |
