关于幼儿教师有效教学行为的探讨

摘    要:新世纪初,有效教学这一理念进入我国的基础教育领域,而教师行为作为有效教学中的一部分,它所扮演的角色是不容忽视的。学前教育阶段的教师需要了解幼儿教师行为的特点,幼儿教师行为的结构,从而提升幼儿教师行为的有效性,这样才有利于提高幼儿园的教学质量。

A Discussion on Teachers' Effective Behaviors in Children's Early Childhood Education

Abstract:At the beginning of 21st century,effective teaching method has been pushed into the basic level of China's education,especially Teaching Behavior(TB),which plays a very important role in the whole theory.In order to make the behavior of preschool teachers in children's early childhood education effectively,those teachers should grasp both characteristics and structures of TB properly,and then make use of them during teaching process.Therefore,teaching quality will be improved step by step under this theory in kindergartens.
