| 摘 要： | 在这个传统与现代传媒融合的发展过程中,特别是在报纸、广播、电视三大传统传媒的竞争角逐中,地方广播电台面临更大更严峻的挑战与考验。如何走出困境,是每个广播人需要面对和探讨的课题,这关系到未来地方电台广播的走势和发展方向。笔者结合广播工作实践经验,对地方新闻广播改革与创新进行了思考。
