| 摘 要： | 法学教育的目标是整个法学教育发展的核心,是法学课程设置和教学方法改革的前提。新建地方院校由于其自身的条件限制,法学专业想赢得发展先机,需要整合自身资源优势,因地制宜,准确进行法学教育目标定位,培养面向基层的复合型应用型法律人才。
