| 摘 要： | 高校的后勤服务是保证教学科研工作顺利开展,为师生营造健康生活环境的重要基础,而后勤文化的建设则对维持后勤管理稳定发展有着重要的作用。高校后勤文化建设对于提高后勤服务水平,营造和谐校园文化氛围有着重要的推动作用。本文从我国高校后勤文化建设的现状、特点分析了后勤文化建设的意义,并结合实际探讨了如何推动后勤文化建设。
