| 摘 要： | 高校党政管理队伍的建设关系着高校的长远发展,但一直没得到该有的重视。现在的高校党政管理队伍存在很多问题,如人员流动性大、素质参差不齐、服务意识淡薄等。如何解决这些问题,建设一支科学化的高校党政管理队伍是本文的探究重点。

There are currently many problems in the Party management team, such as high mobility, uneven qualities, and indifferent sense of service. This work aims to solve the problems and probe a way to establish a scientific Party management team. |
