| 摘 要： | 教育国际化是当今世界教育发展的必然趋势。教育国际化与都市国际化有着密不可分的关系。教育国际化在建设关中—天水经济区(简称关天区)、西安国际化大都市的过程中具有极其重要的地位与作用,它是实现关天经济区定位目标、西安国际化大都市的重要路径。西安教育的国际化必须从高等教育入手,政府必须直接参与、主导教育国际化,加强宏观指导,合理规划,分层分类推进;革新教育理念,改革教学方法推进课程的国际化;以人员的交流与合作为平台,拓宽国际空间;引进市场机制,增强教育机构自身运转的能力。
