| 摘 要： | 江苏开放大学的设置是政府的科学决策,课题基于当前的这一现实需要,在历史借鉴、国际比较、现实聚焦分析的基础上,结合江苏教育＂省情＂的实际,提出了江苏开放大学的设置方案。设置方案既体现时代性,又具有实践性,对于建立江苏开放大学,构建终身教育体系、建设学习型社会有着重要的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The establishment of Jiangsu Open University is a scientific decision of the Jiangsu Government.Based on the current realistic need and on the analysis on historical experiences and international references,combined with the real situation of education in Jiangsu Province,this project suggested the plan of establishing the Jiangsu Open University.The plan is featured with epochal character and practicality.It has important reference value for establishing the Jiangsu Open University and constructing the life-long education system and learning oriented society. |
