| 摘 要： | 本研究在总结互联网环境下我国高校图书馆的数字化信息资源建设经历的过程和成就的基础上,从资源内容、资源安全、资源配置等角度,指出了我国高校数字化信息建设和信息服务存在的不足,并提出了我国高校数字化信息建设的改进策略和基于用户需求的数字化信息服务改进策略。
