| 摘 要： | 本文简述隐性知识管理的概念,对高校图书馆隐性知识管理绩效进行评价的意义;从隐性知识管理重视度、组织结构、隐性知识管理系统、图书馆文化氛围、员工教育和培训五方面,构建高校图书馆隐性知识管理绩效评价指标体系,并采用BP神经网络建立高校图书馆隐性知识管理绩效评价模型;实例应用表明,该方法适用于高校图书馆隐性知识管理绩效评价,具有广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | This article introduced the concept of tacit knowledge management,and the significance of university library tacit knowledge management performance evaluation.Built university library tacit knowledge management performance evaluation standards,according to awareness of the importance of tacit knowledge management,organizational structure,tacit knowledge management system,library culture,staff education and training,and set up the evaluation model based on BP neural network.Experiments showed that the method was suitable for university library tacit knowledge management performance evaluation,which has a wide range of applications. |
