| 摘 要： | 专利是世界上最重要的技术信息,专利分析为技术、产品及服务开发提供决策参考,为发展技术策略,评估竞争对手提供有用的情报。本文通过对我国人参产业相关专利的分析研究,包括国省分布总体分析、总体趋势分析、技术生命周期分析、申请人构成分析、IPC构成分析和申请人IPC构成分析,对我国人参产业专利的保护与利用提出对策和建议,为我国人参产业发展战略提供决策参考。

| Abstract: | Patent is the world’s most important technological information,the analysis of which provide decision-making for the development of technology,product and service,and also provides valuable information for technology strategy and competitor evaluation.Based on China ginseng industry patent analysis,including the national and provincial distribution analysis,trend analysis,technology life cycle analysis,applicant analysis,IPC composition analysis,and the inventor IPC regional composition analysis,which can provide countermeasures and suggestions to protect and utilize patents in ginseng industry,and provinces strategic decision-making for the industry development. |
