| 摘 要： | 通过基层群体性事件的危害引出研究问题,继而对我国基层群体性事件的爆发做了归因性特征描述。结合当前研究提出了信息不对称的研究视角,并对群体性事件演进过程中参与各方(主要是基层政府跟公众)信息行为进行了分析。最后根据我国实际情况,从弱化信息不对称角度提出了基层政府处理群体性事件相应的改进策略。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the research object through listing hazards of Mass incidents,and then describes its attributed characteristics.Combining the current study,the perspective of information asymmetry is presented.Using this theory,the article analyzes the information behavior of all the parties involved in the evolution process.Finally,according to actual conditions in China,presents improvable strategies which grass-root government can use to deal with Mass incidents from weakening information asymmetry. |
