摘    要:高校图书馆服务过程是一种特殊的人际互动,作为互动双方的馆员与读者之间心理契约的构建和实现,可以促进高校图书馆以人为本服务工作的完善和发展。基于心理契约规范型责任、人际型责任和发展型责任三维结构的视角,以图书馆员为主体的服务模式涉及环境优化与资源建设、读者管理与互动交流、层次化和学科化的服务;以读者为主体的服务模式涉及读者信息素养自主提升、读者协会规范运作及志愿者服务创新发展。

Research of Services Mode of University Library Based on Psychological Contract

Abstract:The services provided by the university library is a special interaction between people.The construction and implementation of the psychological contract between both librarians and readers will help to improve the people - oriented services. Based on the perspective of the three - dimensional structure of the psychological contract specifications responsibility for the type of interpersonal responsibility and development responsibilities,Librarians to participate in the main service involved in the optimization of environmental and resource - building,the reader management and interaction,the level of services and disciplines;and Readers to participate in the main service involves the reader information literacy education,the reader Association of the operation and organization of volunteer services.
