| 摘 要： | 伴随着信息时代的来临,政府信息公开已成为实现宪政的重要内容。在我国,政府信息公开制度近年来得到日益重视并发展迅速;但是在这个简短的发展过程中还存在很多问题,需要在进一步的民主法治实践中予以解决。在公民知情权保障和社会主义民主法治领域,我们仍需付出更多的努力。
