| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。当前一些高校辅导员在胜任力方面尚存在明显的薄弱环节，为做好大学生思想政治教育工作须着力提升高校辅导员的胜任力，并着重在理论素养、工作能力和人格魅力上下功夫。

| Abstract: | The Students' Political and Moral Counselors are the organizer,conductor,and director of ideological education.The competence remaining weak links in the obvious,in order to do a good job of ideological and political education,the students' political and moral counselor have to strive to enhance the competence.Currently,the counselor must put effort to improve their working competence in theory attainment,working capacity,and personality charm. |
