| 摘 要： | 邓小平关于国家安全的思想是中国国家安全战略的指导思想。独立自主是维护中国主权与安全的法宝。努力提高自身的综合国力特别是加强国防建设，继续推动多极制衡格局是主要的安全战略。中国安全战略可以通过反对霸权主义和强权政治，维护联合国的权威等途径和手段来实现。但中国要讲究策略，做到灵活性和原则性统一，既要“韬光养晦”，也要“有所作为”。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thinking over national security is the guide of the China's national security strategy. The independency is the magic weapon supporting China's sovereignty and safety. The main safe strategies are to increase the synthetical national power, especially to enhance national defense, and to push continuously the multipolization of the check and balance. China's safe strategies can be achieved by opposing the hegemonism and power politics, and by preserving the authority of the United Nation. However, China ought to strategically unify flexibility and principle, both to refrain from revealing our ambitions and to have the conduct and actions. |
