| Abstract: | To practise the spirit of the 15th plenary session of the 6th central committee of the CPC, the Party committee of civilian-run colleges and universities must be based on the new situation of the development of higher education and adhere to the good style of e-mancipation of thought and seeking truth from facts. So doing, civilian-run colleges and universities can continuously develop, constantly renovate and their competition force can be enhanced. |
