| Abstract: | We discussed the roles and duties of librarians during the mid-and late-phases of li- brary construction projects,gave emphases to their basic functional responsibilities in such aspects as the proper modification and improvement of the blueprint,the design and realization of interior decorations, the programming,purchase,installation,debugging and portage of furniture and equipments. |
