基于学科专业建设师范性与应用型相结合的思考——以河池学院教师教育学院为例

摘    要:在全国大力推进高等教育质量工程建设的背景下,各省级教育行政部门和各地高校相继出台了旨在推进质量建设的各种中长期教育发展规划。作为应用型人才培养地方院校中的二级学院,教师教育学院如何结合自身特点,把师范性与应用型结合谋划学科专业发展是增强人才培养质量的关键。通过明确思路、课程建设、实验实训、队伍建设、科学研究等为主要抓手,把师范类应用人才的培养规划工作坐实,为服务区域教育事业的发展输送基础扎实、技能精湛、能学善用的优质教育人才。

Reflection on the Combination of Normalny and Application Based on Discipline and Specialty Construction-A case study at college of teacher education of Hechi University

Abstract:Under the background of promoting higher education quality construction vigorously, the educa- tional administration at provincial level and local universities have issued the medium -and long -term education development plan successively, which aims to promote the quality of construction. As a secondary college of a local university which cultivates applied talents, the key for the college of teacher education is to start with its own char- acteristics, combine normalny and application to develop discipline and specialty, and so to enhance the quality of talent cultivation. Through the forms of cleating train constructing a team and scientific research, the study of thought, constructing discipline, experimental training, aims to enhance the strategic planning of cultivating normal applied talents, and sever the development of regional education business by providing excellent educational talents who have solid professional foundation, exquisite skills, and can make good use of knowledge.
