| 摘 要： | 不同的社会经济形态和经济运行方式，对体育的调整方式与管理模式起着重要的制约作用。以市场为取向的体育改革，会出现多元化体育主体的自主交往，要求建立各种类型的体育市场，还应由国家进行宏观调控，这都必须以体育的法制化为条件。为此需要以转变思想观念、建构法规体系、，加强队伍建设、保证有效实施等方面入手，建立与市场经济有机契合的体育法制系统。

| Abstract: | ifferent forms of social economy and pattcrns of cconomic motion play an important restrcting part in the way ofsports adjustment and model of management.The sports reform of markct direction can appoar free contact of multiplesports parts.the foundation of various sports markets should be macroscopicly adjusted and controled by the state. Sportslegal system is their precondition. Therefore. sports lesal system agreed with market economy should be built.up from theaspects of changing thought and idea. building up law and regulation system and carrying out it effectively strengtheningthe construction of staffs. |
