| 摘 要： | 培养学生的创新能力已成为教育发展的趋势.而在技术师范院校的机电类专业实施创新能力培养,必须首先根据培养目标分析创新能力的内涵,才有可能在教学过程中予以实施.在分析过程中,我们可以沿着:培养目标特征、能力内涵、创新能力内涵、创新能力培养,这样一条逻辑主线进行分析.职业与职业教育特征是此教育区别于其它教育类型的关键,也是深刻认识创新能力具体内涵的关键.可以将能力结构分为一般能力与创新能力,将创新能力分为一般创新能力与特殊创新能力.建立创新能力培养体系要从学校,专业,教师三方面入手,进行计划组织.以创新能力培养课程和创新实践训练为重点实现创新能力培养目标.
