| 摘 要： | 从管理组织、机构设王、经费来源、学生生源及教练员情况等方面,对中国与美国高等学校竞技体育管理机制进行比较分析,结合我国高等学校竞技体育存在的问题,借鉴芙国高等学校的成功经验和科学管理方法,为进一步探索社会转型期如何建立和完善有中国特色的高校竞技体育体制、建立和健全各种法规制度,为我国高等学校竞技体育的发展提供理论依据.
