| 摘 要： | 各地发展的实践表明,在经济转型跨越发展的进程中,现代物流产业起着不可忽视的促进作用,作为物流产业欠发达的山西省来讲,想要快速实现经济转型跨越发展的目标,大力发展物流产业成为必要。物流业的发展需要大量高素质、技能型人才的加盟,这就给高职物流人才的培养提出了更高的要求,文本致力于对如何提高高职物流人才培养的水平展开探讨。

| Abstract: | It is proved by other regions’ development practice that modern logistics industry plays an important role in the process of economic transition and great-leap-forward development.As for the Shanxi Province,an underdeveloped region in logistics industry,it is necessary for him to vigorously develop the logistics industry in order to achieve rapidly economic transition and great-leap-forward development.The development of logistics industry demands for a large number of high-quality skilled talents,which will bring about high requirements for personnel training in higher vocational education.The thesis is committed to discuss how to improve the level of higher vocational logistics personnel training. |
