| 摘 要： | 肖托夸在美国成人教育特别是大学成人教育中扮演了引领者的角色,主要体现为担当了现代思想传播者的角色,开创了美国大学推广教育的先河,有机地运用诺尔斯学习环境教育理论以及助推了妇女教育。肖托夸运动对当前我国大学成人教育转型发展有一定的借鉴意义。
