| 摘 要： | 图书馆员职业化是图书馆行业获得持续、稳定发展并实行标准化管理的基本前提。由于种种原因,我国图书馆员职业化建设还刚刚起步,有必要从我国的实情出发,明确我国图书馆员职业化的科学内涵,分析推进此项工作可能遇到的困境,寻找到可行的路径。
