| 摘 要： | 随着服务业日益走向知识密集和创新密集，服务业知识资产保护问题日益突出，而相关研究却非常少见。本文选取商务服务业这一典型的知识密集型服务业为对象，在文献梳理及多案例研究结果的基础上，提炼出三类典型的知识资产和七类主要的知识资产保护手段，并实证分析了不同保护手段对各类知识资产保护的有效性，为商务服务业知识资产的保护实践提供了直接的理论指导，并拓宽了知识资产保护这一领域的研究工作。
