| Abstract: | Starting off from the standpoint that the economic constitution is an independent branch of law,this paper puts forward the fundamental guidlines of the economic constitution by concluding the prior opinion or doctrine and practically provides a basis and a starting point,so as to help make a complete system of economic laws and dicrees and promote the theoretical study of the economic constitution. |
