| Abstract: | In this thesis the author counts and analyzes on the video tape of the 1998 Trampoline World Cup Series(Denmark),finds out and explains in detail the regularity and characteristics of the set arrangement of women's trampoline optional exercise.Based on the above analysis the author hopes to offer some valuable references for the improvement of the state's women's trampoline level and also provide some theoretical basis for the state's trampoline coaches in arranging women's trampoline set optional exercise. |
