| 摘 要： | 针对我国现阶段R＆D/GDP偏低的现实,探讨一种R＆D/GDP投入绩效的解析模型.考虑到R＆D过程实际上是一个不断学习的过程,以及技术创新的R＆D学习效应,R＆D投入过程即是“R＆D学习”过程,通过这种学习方式,带来知识增加,进而促进生产产出,R＆D投入对生产的贡献是一种知识贡献.在一系列假设前提条件下,给出了R＆D/GDP的解析模型.依据模型分析,得出结论：较低的知识弹性系数（对应于知识的分配和使用效率）、较低的“R＆D学习”效率（对应于知识生产效率）是我国当前R＆D/GDP偏低的重要根源.
