| 摘 要： | 企业智力资本内在结构研究是目前学术界和企业界都非常感兴趣的一个课题.采用自行研制的企业智力资本问卷,对问卷调查获取的数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析.结果表明,企业智力资本是由人力资本、结构资本与关系资本构成的有层次的结构;问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可以用来测量企业智力资本.
