| 摘 要： | 回顾梳理改革开放以来福利观视角、教育观视角、普惠观视角下的我国老年教育的发展历程,以浙江省发展实践为样本,系统分析了当前老年教育发展的新特征、新方向,提出新时代推进老年教育发展的五项供给侧改革策略,即大力发展老年教育是积极应对我国人口老龄化的战略性选择,创新老年教育管理体制是大力发展老年教育的重要保障,规范化建设是保障老年教育质量的关键手段,多元主体参与是老年教育可持续发展的必由之路,融合式发展是多快好省地推进老年教育的有效路径。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the development process of China’s elderly education from the perspective of welfare,education and inclusive benefit since the reform and opening up,systematically analyzes the new characteristics and new directions of the development of elderly education in Zhejiang province,and puts forward five strategic suggestions for promoting the development of elderly education in the new era:vigorously developing the elderly education which is the strategic choice to actively respond to the aging population;innovation of the management system of elderly education which is an important guarantee for the development of education for the elderly;standardized construction which is the key means to ensure the quality of education for the elderly;the participation of multiple subjects which is the only way for the sustainable development of education for the elderly;the integrated development which is an effective way of promoting the education for the elderly better,more rapidly and economically. |
