| 摘 要： | 以喜树碱为原料,在三氯化铝催化下、硝酸钠和三甲基氯硅烷生成硝基氯中间体为硝化试剂,四氯化碳作溶剂合成9-硝基-20(S)-喜树碱(9-NC)。收率为25%。

| Abstract: | With the catalysis of anhydrous aluminum trichloride,sodium nitrate and chlorotrimethysilane generate nitryl chloride intermediate which functions as nitration reagents in the synthesis of 9-Nitro-20(S)-camptothecin,together with camptothecin: the raw material,as well as carbon tetrachloride: the solvent.The experimental result shows that the total yield reaches 25%. |
