| 摘 要： | 金融创新是如何发生的 ,为什么过去 2 0多年来的金融创新如此剧烈 ?本文从技术共同体的分析框架对金融创新进程进行考察 ,发现只有保持技术共同体中三大要素 (资源禀赋、专有功能、制度安排 )同步协调发展 ,才能使金融创新健康有序进行 ,并据此提出防范金融风险的一些措施。

An analytical framework of technological community on financial innovation |

| Abstract: | How does financial innovations emerge? Why have the great changes taken place in financial industry in the past 20 years? This paper uses a technological community framework to describe the evolution process of financial innovation, finds that only the three events (including resource endowments, propriety functions, institutional arrangements ) in technological community are developed in as parallel a fashion as possible, should financial innovation be developed and commercialized successfully, and offers recommendations on preventing large financial losses in the future. |
