| 摘 要： | 通过对工业设计的专业发展和企业的人才需求等进行大量调研，以及对全国各高校工业设计专业的教学计划进行研究，提出以下结论：工业设计人才培养模式应加强与工业设计产业相结合，应立足于服务区域和地方经济建设的创新思路。同时，结合北京联合大学工业设计专业人才培养模式来阐述研究成果的应用及效果，提出今后的人才培养一些建设思路。

| Abstract: | The paper, with large-scale surveys of the development of the industrial design industry, related positions in enterprises as well as teaching plans of various colleges nationwide, proposes a creative way for training industrial design talents that it should intensify its link with the industrial design industry and should base itself upon the service area and regional economic construction.Meanwhile, this paper elaborates on the application and effects of the research results according to the practice of industrial design major of Beijing Union University. It also puts forward some constructive ways of cultivating talents in the future. |
