| 摘 要： | 阿维菌素是一类大环内酯类抗生素,对寄生虫具有很高的杀虫活性.近年来研究发现阿维菌素类药物还具有抗肿瘤作用,可以抑制P-糖蛋白对其底物的外排作用及ATPase活性,同时可以抑制肿瘤的多药耐药性,提高肿瘤对抗癌药物的敏感性.阿维菌素类药物与P-糖蛋白结构亲和性关系对于提高大环内酯类抗生素的生物利用度和多药耐药性的逆转是非常...

| Abstract: | Avermectins are macrocyclic lactone(ML)insecticides,widely used in livestock and human antiparasitic therapy.Recent studies show that avermectins also have antitumor effect.They all inhibit efflux of substrates and the basal P-gp ATPase activity.They inhibit multidrug resistance of tumor cells and increase the sensitive of the tumor to drugs.The structure-affinity relationship for interaction with P-gp is very important to improve AVMs bioavailability and reverse multidrug resistance(MDR).The recent researc... |
