摘    要:教师作为学生学习的指导者、智慧的启蒙者、灵魂的引领者,其阅读状况对于专业的发展和学生的教育有着至关重要的作用。农村教师,尤其是农村小学教师是全国教师队伍中较为特殊的一支队伍,他们处在相对较差的生存条件和环境中,属于教师队伍中的"弱势群体"。关注农村小学教师的阅读状况,将对中国农村未来教育的发展有着重要意义。

Abstract:Teacher is considered as students' learning guide, wisdom enlightener, leader of soul, therefore their reading situation plays a very important role in the professional development and students'education. Rural teachers, es- pecially rural primary school teachers, as a special group of teachers of the whole country, are living in much more incon- venient conditions and environments, belonging to the "vulnerable group" of teachers. Paying close attention to rural pri- mary school teacher's reading condition will play a vital role in the development of China's rural education in the future.
