| 摘 要： | 随着高校的扩招及毕业生就业制度的改革,日益严峻的就业形势使得许多大学生对自己的就业感到茫然甚至悲观。在找工作期间极易产生严重的焦虑情绪,如果长期处于高焦虑状态,会对其身心健康和就业产生负面影响。文章试图根据大学毕业生就业焦虑的实际情况,从职业指导的角度,以团体心理辅导的形式,制定出一套就业焦虑心理辅导方案,希望能够为缓解广大毕业生的就业焦虑情绪提出有效的干预方法,以促进大学生的心理健康。

| Abstract: | With enrollment expansion of Colleges and the reform of graduates＇employment system, increasingly seri- ous employment situation makes many college students feel confused and even pessimistic about their job hunting. Loo- king for work is easy to produce serious anxiety, of which if one long time in the state would produce negative effect on their physical and mental health and employment. This study attempts to develop a set of employment anxiety counseling program according to the actual situation of university graduates＇employment anxiety from the angle of occupation guidance in the form of psychological group counseling. I hope to be able to put forward an effective intervention method to alleviate the majority of graduates＂ employment anxiety, which would promote the mental health of college students. |
