| 摘 要： | 从精细化管理思想的古代溯源入手,理解精细化管理的内涵。通过反思国外高校精细化管理案例,分析精细化教学管理的内涵及应避免的误区,围绕以人为本的管理理念,从教学管理理念制度化、管理工作程序化、管理手段信息化三大方面推进高职院校教学秘书精细化管理。

| Abstract: | The connotation of delicacy management can be recognized by tracing the source of its idea. Through the reflecting on foreign colleges cases of the delicacy management,this paper analyzes the connotation of the delicacy teaching management and the misunderstanding that can be avoided,and presents that teaching secretaries＇ delicacy management in vocational colleges can be carried forward through the three aspects of the institutionalization of teaching management,the routinization of management work and the informationization of management means,focusing on the people-oriented management idea. |
