| 摘 要： | 培养大批具有创新精神和创新教育能力的教师,是中国实现2020年建成创新型国家的一项不可或缺的基础工程,也是师范教育改革的重要目标之一。绵阳师范学院经过长期的探索与实践,形成了以创新学院为平台,辐射并指导全校各个院系的创新教育优秀师资培养模式。这种模式通过学生学习、教师教学、教学管理、校园文化和机构设置,把创新教育全面融入师范教育,开发并强化师范生的创新思维与实践能力,为素质教育培养出具有创新精神与创新教育能力的教师,也为师范教育改革提供了重要启示。
