摘    要:专业化是《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》的核心导向。《标准》强调专业化导向的意义在于从理论和实践层面承认学前教育及幼儿园教师的专业性,运用标准规范并提升教师专业素质,促进教师自主专业发展,最终目的是提高学前教育的保教质量。

Abstract:Professionalization is the core orientation of Professional Standard for Kindergarten Teachers, which stresses that the significance is to recognize the professional nature of preschooling and kindergarten teachers both in practice and theory. By applying the criteria to promote teacher’s quality and their autonomous professional development, we can realize the ultimate goal of enhancing the quality of preschooling.
