| Abstract: | Professionalization is the core orientation of Professional Standard for Kindergarten Teachers, which stresses that the significance is to recognize the professional nature of preschooling and kindergarten teachers both in practice and theory. By applying the criteria to promote teacher’s quality and their autonomous professional development, we can realize the ultimate goal of enhancing the quality of preschooling. |
