唤醒沉睡的巨人——关注语文课堂“情感态度与价值观”目标的实现

摘    要:“情感态度与价值观”目标在课程改革中占据重要地位。通过教师访谈、搜集教案、参加集体备课、听课、查阅文献资料等研究发现,这一目标在教学实践中犹如一位沉睡的“巨人”。抽象的定义、多元的价值观、功利的教育观以及偏低的教师内在伦理素质等都是导致“巨人”沉睡的原因。教师内在伦理素质是唤醒沉睡“巨人”的重要前提,优秀教师具有较高的内在伦理素质。加强培训、重视实践、善于反思是提高教师内在伦理素质不容忽视的几个方面。

Abstract:The objective of emotion attitude and value is important in curriculum reform. Studies t through interview, teaching-plan collection, group, lesson preparation, classroom observation, and literature review reveal that this objective is like a sound-sleeping giant, which is caused by abstract definition, multiple values, utilitarian educational views, and lower internal ethical quality of teachers which is the premise of rousing the giant. To improve teacher's internal ethical quality requires strengthening training, emphasizing practice and reflection.
