| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是全面落实科学发展观,促进我国经济社会协调发展全面进步,实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的必然要求。本文在分析社会主义和谐社会的科学内涵与时代背景的基础上,阐述了政府在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中的作用。

| Abstract: | Building socialist harmonious society is a need to implement the scientific development viewpoint in an all-round way, promote advancement of economy and society, and realize great goal of fully constructing a well-to-do society. On basis of analysis of scientific connotation of socialist harmonious society and its development background, the article clearly points out some unharmonious phenomena and discusses government's function in construction of socialist harmonious society. |
