| 摘 要： | 我国高校家庭经济困难学生人数不断增加，对家庭经济困难学生的认定工作成为各项资助工作的首要环节。文章提出规范地方政府认证、明确困难学生范围、科学组建评议小组、建立长效机制等认定办法，以保证真正困难的学生获得国家的资助，帮助他们顺利完成学业。

| Abstract: | With the ever-increasing number of the college students from badly-off families in our country,it is vital for all kinds of sponsoring work to recognize those students.The paper will put forward some methods to normalize the local governments' recognition,clarify the scope of such students,scientifically form the judging group and establish lasting system so as to ensure that such students can obtain government aids and be helped complete their study successfully. |
