| 摘 要： | 自主创新是实现中国机车车辆业可持续发展的重要战略基点，也是建设创新型国家、实施铁路跨越式发展战略的客观要求。中国机车车辆制造业现行技术创新的过程模式主要体现为市场拉动型创新模式，其次才表现为技术推动型创新模式；在确立技术跨越点的基础上，构建有效的集成创新平台并制定提供平台高效持续运作的政策环境，是提高中国机车车辆业自主创新能力的重点环节。

| Abstract: | Self innovation serves as an important basis for the sustainable development of Chinese locomotive & rolling stock industry.Meanwhile,it is the subjective requirement to construct an innovative country and implement railway leap-forward strategy.Currently,the technological innovation mode of Chinese locomotive & rolling stock is first mar- ket-oriented and then technology-oriented;based on definition of technological breakthrough point,constructing ef- fective integrated innovation platform and creating a sound policy environment for sustainable and effieient operation of the platform is the key factor to improve self innovation capability of Chinese locomotive & rolling stock industry. |
