| 摘 要： | 在设计教育中倡导服务观念，倡导质量观念，建立基于顾客关系的以服务为导向的质量管理体系，必然对传统的高校教育管理理念带来挑战。本文在ISO体系基础上，结合设计、教育、服务的特性，提出建立设计教育服务管理质量体系的基本思路。
