| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、数理统计法，对我国女子长跑竞技水平停滞不前的主要因素进行剖析。结果表明：目前我国女子长跑项目的后备人才出现断层；训练观念和方法缺乏新科技的投入；运动员的管理体系、保障体系、思想教育体系以及女子长跑项目所特有的师徒契约关系均有待改善。针对这些问题提出相应的对策：建立完善的后备人才培养模式、提高教练员综合素质、加大国家对女子长跑项目的科技投入、完善运动员的保障体系等，以期为我国女子长跑项目的良性发展提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Through using the document and statistics,we analyze the main factors of our women long distance level coming to standstill,and get the conclusion that there is lack of reserving talents in women long distance event,short of new input in training idea and methods;and it's needed to develop the athletes' administration system,safeguard system,thought education system and the contract relationship between apprentice and master.In addition,we put forward some certain countermeasures according to these problems. |
