| 摘 要： | 本实验依据团体动力学理论、人本主义潜能论和发展性辅导的理念,把团体心理辅导、生涯辅导和心理素质拓展训练相结合,分析高职新生存在的主要问题,设计高职新生生涯团体辅导训练实验方案。辅导训练对高职新生的情绪状态和精神状况、人际交往能力和耐挫能力及自我管理和自我规划能力有显著的提高和改善;高职新生的发展与辅导员对他们的关注程度和周围同学之间的相互支持程度有密切相关。

| Abstract: | This experiment based on the theory of group dynamic,the theory of humanism potential and the idea of development counseling,unified group psychology counseling,professional counseling and the psychological quality development,by analyzing the main problems existing in vocational college's freshmen,through the systematical training the class instructors,carefully designed the experiment plan of the high vocational college's freshmen group-profession counsel training,the class instructors carried on this plan to their classes of partial members.After the team member's subjective summary,around the experimental examination and through the tests personnel's observation,we discover it.This counseling train for the high vocational college's freshmen mood condition,the ability of interpersonal communication、 the ability of bearing frustration the self-control and the self-plan ability has the remarkable development and improvement;The development of the high vocational college freshmen have close relation with the suppose degree come from others classmates and how much the instructor care for them. |
