| 摘 要： | 网络资源建设是现代远程教育的重中之重,目前仍然存在许多尚待解决的问题.本文在分析网络教学资源含义及特征的基础上,结合上海电大3L教学模式,探讨了目前网络教学资源建设中存在的有关问题,对上海电大如何进一步加强网络教学资源建设提出了相关建议.
