| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了粘滞知识的基本概念，分析了产业集群内粘滞知识的产生机理，最后提出集群内成员应该提高综合能力、增强彼此间的信任、创造共同的知识情境、加强集群效应和培育共同的集群文化以降低粘滞知识的粘度。

| Abstract: | This article expatiates the basic concept of sticky knowledge, analyzes the formation mechanism of sticky knowledge in industrial cluster and finally proposes that members of industrial cluster should raise their complex abilities, strengthen their mutual trust, create common knowledge environment, enforce cluster effect and cultivate common cluster culture so as to reduce the stickiness of sticky knowledge. |
